    Our Services

    Each tribute video is governed by the written proposal and agreement you approve before work begins. If anything here conflicts with your approved agreement, the agreement controls.

    File Retention & Retrieval

    • Your finished video is yours to keep. We deliver it as a digital download and recommend you save your own copies.
    • The photos, video clips, and music you share with us are kept for 24 months after delivery as a courtesy in secure third-party archival storage (Amazon Web Services), and may be permanently deleted after that. We do our best to keep every family's project, but cannot guarantee it, so please check with us before relying on an archived copy.
    • Re-delivery or retrieval of your materials within the retention window is available on request, starting at a $95 retrieval fee plus our per-GB retrieval rate based on the size of the archived project. We will send a quote for your approval before doing anything.
    • We accept digital uploads only; we do not accept tapes, photo albums, prints, or other physical media.
    • Archival storage is a best-effort courtesy service. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of delivered files, and we are not liable for loss of materials, including after the retention window ends.

    Intellectual Property

    The content on this website, including text, images, videos, and design, belongs to Dvideo Inc. and may not be reproduced without our permission. The photos and videos you share with us for your project always remain yours.

    Limitation of Liability

    Our services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
