Our Services

Each tribute video is governed by the written proposal and agreement you approve before work begins. If anything here conflicts with your approved agreement, the agreement controls.

Revisions and New Requests

This section applies to families who order a tribute video from us directly. Funeral-home orders follow the funeral home's own trade terms.

• Revisions are unlimited within your project as booked. You can reorder, remove or swap photos, and change timing, titles, text and effects.
• Each round of changes takes at least 48 hours, and up to 5 business days for a big round. We work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
• If you need a round sooner, after hours or on a weekend, ask us. If we can do it, we agree the fee with you before we start: 10% of the project total, with a $50 minimum.
• Revisions run up to your project date, the day you need your finished film.
• New requests are always quoted before we start: a new song after your first draft ($150 a song, because we build each chapter around its song), a new creative direction once a draft has been built on the one we agreed, a switch to another package, or a big batch of new photos or clips. Extra length is billed by the minute.

File Retention & Retrieval

• Your finished video is yours to keep. We deliver it as a digital download and recommend you save your own copies.
• The photos, video clips, and music you share with us stay available in your project portal for 45 days after your finished video is delivered. After that we do not guarantee a retention period. We keep material as long as we reasonably can, as a courtesy, but we cannot promise it will still be there and we are not liable for its loss, so please save your own copies. If you need something later, just ask and we will tell you whether we still have it. Retrieval starts at $95 plus a per-gigabyte rate, always quoted for your approval before any work begins.
• If you need something after that, ask us. If we still hold it, re-delivery or retrieval of your materials is available on request, starting at a $95 retrieval fee plus our per-GB retrieval rate based on the size of the archived project. We will send a quote for your approval before doing anything.
• We accept digital uploads only; we do not accept tapes, photo albums, prints, or other physical media.
• Archival storage is a best-effort courtesy service. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of delivered files, and we are not liable for loss of materials, including after the 45-day portal window ends.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, images, videos, and design, belongs to Dvideo Inc. and may not be reproduced without our permission. The photos and videos you share with us for your project always remain yours.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
